Our rooms

The B&B rooms are in one part of a traditional family home, the rest of the home is the residence of the host family.
The three guest rooms are located on the upper floor. “Bella Soria” and “Tintarella di Luna” have access to a balcony overlooking the garden and the Cilento mountains.
The room “il Sognatore” is ideal for adults and couples but not suitable for families with children.

All bedrooms have a private bathroom. You will also find a hairdryer, TV, and possibilities to make tea.


Check-in time is between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Let us know if you will be arriving earlier or later so we can make arrangements. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.


For your convenience free Internet WiFi access is available in all rooms.


Benvenuti nel Sud is “Environmentally Friendly”, thus the linen is changed every 3 days and at every change of guests. The bath towels will be replaced only if left on the floor. Each room has a different style and atmosphere. We love to help you choose the perfect room for your stay. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily.

Please note

The B&B is entirely non-smoking, though smoking areas are available on the terrace.

There is no public transport available in the village, so for your stay at Benvenuti nel Sud, you will need a car.

Due to the house’s architecture, it is not well suited for young children or people who have difficulty walking or climbing stairs.

    Booking Policy

    I plan arrive early in the morning, what time can I check in?

    Check-in is from 2pm to 6pm. If your arrival is expected outside these hours, let us know in advance and we will find a solution to welcome you.

    Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?

    Yes, breakfast is included in the rate. It is served from 8.30 am to 10.30 am on the terrace or, if you prefer, in your room. If you have any allergies or intolerances to any food, let us know and we will offer you something alternative.

    What documents do I need to present at check-in?

    Upon arrival at the B&B, valid identity documents must be delivered, which are necessary for the Public Safety reports required by current legislation.
    Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the criminal code and authorizes us to request immediate abandonment from the B&B. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
    Also in this case there are no refunds.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept cash at the time of check-in, bank transfer in advance, payment by Credit Card in advance (by “Payment Links”), or at the time of check-in.

    By booking your stay using our website, you can choose whether to pay by bank transfer or by Credit/Debit card by “Payment Links”. You will receive a link via email, text, or any other messaging app to process card payments over the phone. The balance will be paid by credit/debit card or in cash, at our b&b.

    Are there other costs to add to the indicated price?

    No, at this moment there is no tourist tax in our municipality or other costs.

    What is yuor pet policy?

    Pets are welcome, we only ask you to let us know at the time of booking.

    How can I change a reservation made?

    The changes requested by the Customer to bookings already confirmed do not oblige Benvenuti nel Sud B&B in cases where they cannot be met.
    Any request for modification by the Customer involves the additional payment of the amount determined by Benvenuti nel Sud B&B in light of the typology of the same requested modification.
    The decrease in the number of guests/services that refer to a single booking made by a Customer is to be understood as a “partial withdrawal” of the latter and therefore subject to the provisions of these general conditions.

    How can I cancel a reservation made?

    As a Bed and breakfast is a small structure, a cancellation has a significant impact on us.

    The booking cancellation request will be governed by the following conditions:
    for notices of cancellation received before 7 days from the date of arrival, full refund of the sum if a deposit has been paid, 3 euros will be withheld for administrative expenses. If the cancellation request is received within 7 days prior to the expected arrival or the customer does not show up on the day scheduled for check-in (no-show), the B&B will charge the full amount of the stay or keep the entire amount paid. on account.     In case of early departure with respect to the check-out date of the reservation, no refunds will be made.

    How can I make a complaint?

    Any alleged failure in the execution of the contract must be contested by the Customer without delay and within 48 hours, by e-mail to be sent to the following address: [email protected]
