I plan arrive early in the morning, what time can I check in?
We want to make sure that your check-in experience at our B&B is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our regular check-in hours are between 2pm and 6pm, but we understand that sometimes travel plans can be unpredictable. If you think you’ll be arriving outside of these hours, please let us know in advance and we’ll work with you to make sure you can check in at a time that works for you. We want to make sure that you feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?
At our B&B, we offer a complimentary breakfast with your stay. Served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, you can enjoy it on our terrace or in the comfort of your own room. If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us beforehand and we’ll provide you with alternative options.
What documents do I need to present at check-in?
To ensure compliance with current legislation, we kindly ask our guests to provide valid identification upon arrival. This information is required for Public Safety reports and is treated in accordance with privacy laws. Failure to provide identification is a violation of the criminal code and may result in immediate expulsion from the B&B. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer multiple payment options to ensure a hassle-free check-in. You can choose to pay in cash at the time of check-in, make a bank transfer in advance, or use our secure online payment system. If you book directly through our website, you’ll have the option to pay via bank transfer or by credit/debit card using our convenient “Payment Links” feature. Once you receive the link via email or text, you can easily process the payment over the phone. The remaining balance can be settled by credit/debit card or cash upon your arrival at our B&B.
Are there other costs to add to the indicated price?
At the moment, there are no additional costs such as a tourist tax or any other fees in our municipality.
What is yuor pet policy?
Pets are more than welcome to stay with us! All we ask is that you kindly inform us of your furry companion’s presence at the time of booking, so we can make sure to prepare accordingly. We are proud to say that our B&B is already home to cats and dogs, so your pet will have some new friends to play with!
How can I change a reservation made?
If you need to modify a confirmed booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, if we can’t meet the request, we won’t be obliged to do so. Please note that any modifications to a booking that are approved by us may require an additional fee, which will be determined based on the nature of the requested changes. If you reduce the number of guests or services requested for a booking, this will be considered a partial cancellation and subject to our general conditions.
How can I cancel a reservation made?
As a small Bed and Breakfast, cancellations have a significant impact on us. Therefore, we have the following cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of your expected arrival or fail to show up on the day of check-in, we will charge you the full amount of your stay. If you encounter any issues while trying to cancel online, please contact us at [email protected] to request cancellation via email. Please note that there will be a 3 euro administrative fee for cancellations made before 7 days from the date of arrival, and in the case of an early departure, no refunds will be given.
How can I make a complaint?
In case of any alleged breach of contract, the Customer must notify us immediately and within 48 hours by sending an email to [email protected].
